"Jordyn Andersen is one reason we've been with this company for about 10 years, maybe more? She's the best of the best. Whatever issues we've had/have, she handles them. "Had a great experience with my State Farm agent Monte Cain, went to his office and got a quote on my Rav4 and liked it enough to have my mother Highlander quoted, decided to go with better coverage and price than the company with white aprons. Then saved 500 a year on my house insurance, and also again 500 my rental unit. Smooth to have all my policies with one company, Friendly and easy to work with, highly recommended."

"I recently switched my homeowners and personal auto insurance to Safeco. I had googled "Usage based insurance carriers in Washington State". Something came up for Safeco "Drive Safe and Save" along with 5 others listed carriers. Previously I was using Progressive "Snapshot". Progressive was boasting about the $85.00 discount I was now qualified for because of participation in "Snapshot". They raised my premium by 45% (over 500) for the next term. I filled out some brief info on-line with State Farm. It was after business hours, so Andrew called me the next day. I was impressed by how well he listened to my concerns and needs. My premiums for both homeowners and personal auto are now seriously lower than what I had paid for my prior terms. I'm checking into what they can do for me on a single family landlord policy."
